Key message: “We support rural livelihoods and family farms.”

  • Keep using images of cozy family farms (they don’t need to know you helped put them out of business). Especially women and kids. Make sure there’s only one cow in the photo and they’re hugging it. Even if 90% of your milk comes from industrial-scale operations.
  • Avoid all mention of how your scale and low prices drive smallholders out of business.  
  • Create educational packs for schools with your logo and message.
  • Provide free milk in schools so that kids get hooked early.
